2. Subscribe to other email lists
Sign up for email lists of brands like Nike, Gymshark, Lululemon, etc.
They probably have top-notch email marketers working for them. You'll learn a lot that you can apply to your own emails
3. Build longer flows
These are automated email processes that are triggered by customer actions (e.g. welcome series upon first registration).
Don't be afraid to make them long. Welcome flows can be 10-15 emails long if you deliver good content
4. Don’t send SMS too often
SMS is a very personal marketing channel
Send SMS only for product launches or special offers during the holidays

It doesn't matter how good your email is if no one reads it

Clean your email list regularly every 1-3 months
This means removing inactive subscribers. Keeping them will hurt your deliverability.

Give your customers a simple and clear CTA in your email
