QP is looking for several Help Desk Technicians to work on a USSOCOM contract in Tampa, Florida.

The USSOCOM Consolidated Service Desk/Help Desk Technician (HDT) communicates directly with supported end users to provide resolution to hardware, software, network, and application issues. The ideal candidate will be familiar with industry-standard desktop operating systems and office automation software packages.

Requirements:
-Security CE or equivalent Ministry of Defense qualification or higher
-Must have at least provisional SECRET clearance and be eligible for TS/SCI security clearance
-US citizenship
-Must be familiar with Dameware and Terminal Services
-Must demonstrate oral and written communication skills
-Must be able to communicate clearly with end users and technicians via phone, portals, email and instant messaging
– Must be able and willing to work rotating shifts, which may occasionally include night shifts, weekends and holiday work
