Warm-up for handling; volleys, half-volleys, core, hand-eye coordination exercises
Warm-up exercises for jumping: medium height defenses from the knee, medium height defenses from the feet, medium height defenses against strikes from the ground.
Positioning: Volley to the angle and volley/dipper from the center. Volley angle, center, angle.
Top corner defense: receiving angle, center volley, volley angle, round central cone to defend the top corner.
Explosive power: With a knee jump into the pike jump, the upper corner can be defended.

Goalkeeper Sessions is a series dedicated to the training I do to improve my goalkeeping skills. Every catch, every mistake. No cutting, no music, no faking. Just hard work.
