When I first entered the world of eLearning and instructional design, I had no idea what I was doing. I remember my very first project was to design and develop a series of five eLearning courses on the topic of shoplifting. And I'll be completely honest: I had no idea where to start!

But I learned a lot from this experience. First, I learned that I am more capable than I initially thought. And second, I learned that in order to design and develop an eLearning course (or five of them), I need to create and follow a standardized process for myself.

In this how-to workshop, I will guide you through the five steps of my eLearning design and development process. You will learn how to plan your eLearning projects, write an eLearning storyboard, develop an eLearning course, make your eLearning course interactive, and implement an eLearning course.
