It works like this:
Step 1: Buy all the cartridges of one ammunition type from the dealer (e.g. all of his .308 cartridges).
Step 2: Sell back one of the rounds you just purchased.
Step 3: Sell back any remaining rounds you just purchased.
Step 4: A round has a defect and stays with you. Continue selling it until the seller's money runs out.
Step 5: Continue to buy back all of the seller’s rounds.
Step 6: Buy what you want and accept the trade (for example, buy ammo or a weapon/armor you like).
Step 7: Sleep for 24 hours and sellers get their money back.
Works with any provider! Repeat this as often as you like.
This exploit was tested on PlayStation 4 with patch 1.01. It has also been confirmed to work on Xbox One and PC (date: November 10, 2015). If you plan to exploit this glitch, DO NOT download any new patches for the game.
