Getting there
The dungeon is located north of the Barbarian Village and south of Edgeville under the Misthalin Training Centre of Excellence. The entrance to the dungeon is a secret tunnel behind a poster located in a goblin prison cell. The dungeon is accessible after completing the Stronghold of Player Safety Test.
Stronghold of player safety testing
Enter the Fortress of Player Safety through the coal shaft behind the building and speak to the guard at the stairs. He will have you read all of the plaques located outside the convicted goblins' prison cells. The plaques describe each crime the goblins committed. Then go up the stairs next to the guard. Speak to Professor Henry and agree to take the Fortress of Player Safety test.
Below you will find the answers to the test. The correct answer to each question is in italics.
Question 1
A player has just asked you for your personal information, including your phone number, home address and email address. What should you do?
A: Give them my personal information
B: Say “no” or ignore them
C: Say “no” and ask for their data

Return the test paper to Professor Henry and you should receive the Safety First emote as well as two Antique Lamps that grant experience points for a skill of your choice.

To get to the treasure chest, follow these steps (see maps below):
After entering the dungeon via the poster, go down the nearest stairs to the north.
Go straight east through the ground floor and up the stairs to the second floor.
Go south, around the corner to go north again and climb the northern stairs.
Go into the room to the northwest and pull the old lever, then go back down the stairs you came up.
Back on the second floor, go through the prison cell door on the east wall next to the stairs to enter the hidden tunnel.
Go south, around the corner and back north. The chest is in a small alcove on the east side.
