In this session, I'll look at the different Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication methods and discuss how they work. We'll discuss the different types of authentication strengths and I'll show you how to create your own custom policies. Additionally, I'll show you how these phishing-resistant methods can be used in tools like Conditional Access to further protect your users and environment. Finally, I'll mention Security Defaults, a great solution for protecting a newly created tenant or in a situation where administrators aren't sure what settings to use.
