Elden Ring Guide: How to Reach the Lord of Frenzied Flame Ending.
Step 1: Go to the sewers under Leyndell, the royal capital
Step 2: Reach the end of the sewers and defeat the boss “Mohg the Omen”
Step 3: Interact with the altar behind the boss. Climb down the path behind it.
Step 4: Unequip all equipment and interact with the red door at the end of the path. This will give you a Fire Scar, which is needed to trigger this ending.
WARNING: WAIT TO DO STEP 4 UNTIL YOU REACH THE END OF THE GAME, THEN SAVE YOUR SAVE, DO STEP 5 FOR THE END, AND RESTORE YOUR SAVE TO COMPLETE THE OTHER ENDINGS IN THE SAME PLAYBACK!
