Originally presented at Summit 2020, this was my virtual session focused on "User Adoption Goals and Your Toolkit." We'll go over some user adoption goals for your Dynamics 365 system. Then we'll review some of the out-of-the-box tools that system administrators can implement to increase user adoption. We'll go into more detail on: tooltips, field-level mapping, UI controls, business rules, and model-driven apps.
