Adapted by Alton Brown
– 1.50 ounces of gin
– 0.50 ounces Amaro Nonino
– 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
– Grapefruit peel garnish

Place all ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass and stir over ice for at least 20 turns, then strain into a stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with the grapefruit peel.
