#Fishbone or #Ishikawa diagrams are a great tool to expand the scope of possible causes – they are first-level direct causes. But don't use them to dive deeper and look for root causes.
To ensure that you and your stakeholders always have a clear view of the problem solution, I recommend using this fishbone cause and effect diagram to explore and expand on, then perform a 5-why analysis of a small number of selected causes.
