This is useful if you want to have a support, helpdesk, or documentation website, but don't want to spend a lot of money on knowledge base software. We'll also add ticketing so users can fill out a form and submit a support request.

You can also use this tutorial to practice using terminal commands and Github, and learn how to build a website using Hugo, the static site generator. Many of these skills transfer well to personal portfolios, blogs, and other static websites.
