Business ethics or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is on everyone's lips. In this animated video clip we would like to ask: What is CSR and how can CSR be implemented in practice?

Four steps can provide approaches for the practical implementation of CSR: firstly, a well-founded mission statement, secondly, the identification of relevant topics in exchange with stakeholders, thirdly, orientation towards overarching standards such as the Global Compact or ISO 26,000 and fourthly, strategic implementation in all areas of the company.

Then corporate social responsibility is where it belongs: it is implemented in an integrative manner and related to the company’s core business.
