This is my complete brand identity design process from start to finish that I follow when designing and creating a brand for brand design clients. Follow these simple steps of the brand design process and learn how to create a brand from scratch.

In this video, I create a visual identity for a brand called Sunbliss. This is not a real company – I simply created the brand to demonstrate how to create a brand for this branding and identity design video for beginners and students.

For this company's brand identity design project, I will conduct primary research and develop a brand strategy, look at the target audience and competitor analysis, design a primary logo, design a secondary logo, design a landscape version of the logo, source and create brand colors using a simple tip (the color guide in Adobe Illustrator), decide on a photography style mood board, create a brand pattern, think of a brand icon, and finally create a beautiful packaging design for their product: sunscreen.

I want to teach graphic design beginners and students how to improve their graphic design and brand design skills to get more freelance design clients and make graphic design their full-time job. Become a better graphic designer today!
