Start with individual stations, then group them and distribute tasks accordingly. Learn how to optimize the entire process and ensure a regular supply of parts. And yes, there are robots. Who knows, maybe in the future you will become a completely independent plant producing even the smallest screw.

Discovering each new project requires more and more experience and time. Acquire new technologies to build advanced devices that will support and accelerate the work of scientists.

Behind every car you build are people with different levels of experience. It is your responsibility to ensure that the factory is running at full capacity. Manage and train your employees and assign them tasks according to their skills. Make sure they are happy and well-rested so they can work efficiently. But remember that well-trained employees demand higher wages.
