I was more interested in learning about partnerships, like how we need to get along in general. We are four people who are creating and working on a startup, but ultimately it confuses me that four partners cannot sit in the same chair (be the boss) and share equal amounts of money. And even if we do, there would be ego clashes over the division of equal profits based on the work assignment.
This could give an idea of what measures we four partners would implement in such a situation and how the funds would have to be allocated in such a case.
