Phase one of building my business was going to networking events and meeting people. I would go to local networking events. In building a business, that was really the first step, having a local presence and then having a national presence as well. If you're in a big city, you can basically stay there and build your local and national presence initially and start traveling. So that was a great way for me to build my business initially, just go out there, meet people and get clients.
