Who is Steve Krug?

Steve is a former usability consultant and author of the world-renowned UX book Don't Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web (and Mobile) Usability, now in its third edition and with over 600,000 copies sold. For over 25 years, Steve worked as a usability consultant with his company Advanced Common Sense, where he helped clients such as Apple, Bloomberg, Lexus, NPR, and the International Monetary Fund remove friction from experiences.
