Seasons is often cited as the best Sims 4 expansion pack – and sometimes Cottage Living too. Here's why those packs, and even new packs like High School Years, can't quite measure up in terms of gameplay, worlds, build/buy (BB), and create a Sim (CAS). This is my review, guide, and unpopular opinion on an underrated Sims 4 pack.
