Hi, I'm Elisa, one of the project administrators at Core Project Advisory. As an avid SharePoint user, I'm an advocate of using collaboration systems to optimize project management.
Until now, document management systems were too structured to provide the flexibility and scalability required for projects.

Accessibility – Project information can be accessed and updated anytime, anywhere.
The different collaboration systems offer a variety of features that you can use for your projects. The most important features that we use again and again are:
Document libraries for managing project documents, including technical reference libraries,
Lists for recording and managing problems, risks and budget as well as
Forms and workflows for capturing and approving requests, such as change requests.
