1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
6 tbsp butter diced
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped apples

glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
2 Table spoons of milk
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 400°
Assemble according to video instructions and bake for 12 minutes
Once the cookies are ready, set the oven to grill, stir in the powdered sugar, coat the cookies with it and place under the grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Glaze again and serve.
