As the name suggests, Azure DevOps is a DevOps platform. It is a software-as-a-service offering that is basically designed to be a one-stop shop for implementing all DevOps processes for your project.
It is basically a technological implementation of the DevOps process that covers the entire software development lifecycle and provides functionality for every part of this lifecycle.
