Google has deprecated its Google Sign-In JavaScript client library. Angular Google authentication can be implemented using Google's OAuth2/OpenID Connect system. For this, we will use the anuglar-oauth2-oidc library, which is compatible with any authorization provider that supports these standard protocols. The sample Angular application in the video has full support for Google sign-in and sign-out, and accesses the GMail API to read a user's emails.
