Check out the running form of Usain Bolt, considered the greatest sprinter of all time! In this video we take a look at his running form in the 100 meter dash. Next week we will take a closer look at his form and explain different components of his running form!

If you've been following me, I made a video with just the visual overlay, when he slowed down at the end of the race. I heard the feedback and was able to find some good footage of him during the mid-race! The running clip that was visualized is when Usain Bolt ran the 100m in 9.87 seconds at the 2012 London Olympics!
