About Stacy Chin, Ph.D.
Dr. Chin is an experienced government grants and contracts consultant specializing in science and technology startups (public and private) seeking funding opportunities to commercialize technical R&D. For over 10 years, she has successfully helped startups obtain over $15 million in non-dilutive funding. She has also served as an SBIR/STTR reviewer for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Science Foundation (NSF). Dr. Chin has worked on innovations and applications spanning the areas of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biomedical technologies, therapeutics, digital health, UVAs, novel materials, sensors, AI/ML/NPL, defense, AgTech, manufacturing, EdTech, and energy. She has helped clients apply for SBIR/STTR grants (Phase I and II) to NIH, NSF, DOE, DHS, DOD, USDA, NOAA, and many more.
