Every agile standup needs someone whose job it is to make sure the meeting runs efficiently. Make sure the right people speak at the right time and for as little time as possible.
Create a timekeeper/Scrum Master role and rotate it within the team.
Note: This is not a complete job. You do NOT need a dedicated person whose only function on the team is that of Scrum Master.
