This guide is for people who want pure performance.
Following these instructions will reduce the overall security of your computer and affect compatibility with certain things.
For compatibility reasons, a second Windows installation or a second computer is recommended.

MUST BE DONE BEFORE FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Back up important files either to your USB stick or a second hard drive and upload them to a file hosting site
(School and work stuff, password manager, music, pictures, game configuration files, etc.)
Know how to do this and be prepared to reinstall Windows if something goes wrong
Have a bootable USB drive with a Windows installation on it so you can easily reformat it
Double check that you have backed up everything

Update
NVIDIA DRIVERS: The latest version of the driver is fine. If you have problems, try 451.48. If you cannot access the NVIDIA Control Panel, you have the wrong version of the driver installed. Use WHQL
WINDOWS VERSION: 1607 LTSB is the best Windows 10 version (FACEIT/ESEA compatible, DirectX 12 compatible, normal timer. It is NOT compatible with RTX, so if you want to use RTX you need at least 1809)

PROCESS LASSO: I forgot to mention in the video that you should give your games the normal priority, don't set it too high as it will cause input and stability issues!

1607 Specific tip
On 1607 I had to enable the Task Scheduler service in services.msc otherwise my taskbar would be very slow/freezing. You may need to do the same
