We're excited to introduce Acrylic August, an exciting 31-day painting challenge inspired by the success of Acrylic April! This video is your official announcement and contains everything you need to know to get started, including materials and general information for all participants.

What is Acrylic August?
Acrylic August is a month-long painting challenge designed to inspire your creativity and improve your painting skills. Every day in August we will try new techniques, experiment with colors and bring our imaginations to life on canvas.

Paint brush –
Please use these brushes as a guide for what I plan to use. These are brushes that I use frequently, so it is not necessary to specify the exact brand of brushes that I use. My brands are D'Artigny, Textura, Isacrylic by Isabey, Raphael Brush, Simply Simmons Extra Firm, Princeton Catalyst, Velvet Touch and Select – If a brush is described as a Hog Brush, natural hog bristles are used.
