Author Douglas Murray has condemned the riots that have broken out across the UK after three young girls were allegedly stabbed to death during a Taylor Swift dance class in Southport last week.

He described the situation of unrest as "utterly appalling" but nevertheless "predictable".

"The last few days have shown that the Labor government refuses to admit that there is more than what they call 'far-right' violence," Murray told Sky News Australia presenter Rita Panahi.
