One of the things I wish I had known earlier is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This is a concept borrowed from Lean Startup. It is a version of a product with just enough features to be usable by early customers, who can then provide feedback for future product development.

In this video I want to share with you an important thing that I learned from my mistakes. This is very important when you are applying Agile and Scrum.
