Disclaimer: I use Anycubic Eco Grey resin, if you use a different one, results may vary.
If resin is left in the tank for a long period of time, the curing of the fumes will create a film over everything, which can cause problems over time. However, I have not experienced this and respect the wisdom of my viewers
