As part of the City of Ottawa's plan for a psychologically healthy workplace, this video series is designed to help employees, their families, friends and the community understand mental health and where to get resources and help. These videos demonstrate the importance of understanding your own mental health and encourage you to connect with others and seek support.

The goals are:

– Better understanding of mental health problems
– Learn to recognize early warning signs
– Understand the importance of getting help when needed
– Learn skills and resources that support mental health
