Your best balance is four steps away…

It doesn't matter if you know the science of balance – that it's a symphony of neural pathways rooted in your inner ear, which is structurally made up of canals – we do. And more importantly, we've turned that knowledge into four powerful, easy-to-follow exercises you can do today!

In this week's blog we're devoting ourselves to your balance again. This time we're doing it with specially tailored visual and inner ear exercises.

You may not be familiar with vestibular research, but YOU already know that life requires coordination of your head and eyes in various combinations—turning your head to look while walking, tilting your head to avoid a branch while running, looking behind you while parallel parking, and more.

The coordination of balance and vision is a real pain relief and performance enhancer!

We recommend that you start with at least one set and let us know how you get on in the comments or contact us if you have any questions.

PS: Please do not forget or ignore the part of this training that deals with assessment/reassessment. Otherwise, how will you know what results will be for you personally?
