When I create non-playable characters (NPCs), I always try to keep at least three things in mind that are memorable. 1) voice, 2) the trick, and 3) the value they bring to the party. So, what magical items can they sell?

I'm also a fan of modern media and incorporate characters I love into my games. Mable from Gravity Falls? She owns a tavern now. Mort from Madagascar? Yes, they trade in corpses and other remains.
