Improve your code and your reputation a little by breaking these habits and doing things the Python way.

OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES:
1. All entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines (http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines) and the YouTube Terms of Service (http://www.youtube.com/static?glUS&templateterms). Entries that violate the YouTube Guidelines will be automatically disqualified.
2. YouTube is not a sponsor of the competition and viewers are obliged to release YouTube from any liability in connection with the competition.
3. Data protection notice: No personal data will be collected as part of this competition.
4. To enter, you must (a) be one of my followers AND (b) leave a top-level comment on the video that includes #pycharm somewhere in the comment.
5. The competition is free of charge and no fee is required to participate.
6. Winners will be randomly selected one week after the video is published from all users who participated and were not disqualified.
7. Each winner will be notified via comment reply from me detailing the prize won (e.g. /"Congratulations! You won XYZ. Please email me./"). I will ask the winner to contact me via email and I will respond via email with a random token that must be posted as a further reply to the winner's comment from the winner's account to verify the account owner and prevent fraud.
8. Each winner has 72 hours to respond AND provide proof of account ownership, otherwise their prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
9. A winner can only win one prize per competition.
10. The prize pool for this contest is: 4 licenses for PyCharm Professional (“Free 1-year personal subscription”), a product of JetBrains. A prize consists of 1 license delivered in the form of a redeemable code that can be redeemed before May 1, 2022 at https://www.jetbrains.com/store/redeem/.
11. You may not participate in the Contest if doing so would violate any relevant federal, state or local laws, rules and regulations, including U.S. sanctions.
