Attitude and commitment
We expect interns to approach their tasks with dedication and seriousness. This program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience and requires a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic. A time-killing attitude is not acceptable.
Certificate issue
The certificates are awarded based on the following criteria:
Implementation period: Compliance with the internship duration.
Performance criterion: Achieving the required score.
Task and interview categories: Achieve at least 45/50 on the tasks and 35/50 on the final interview.
Academic Integrity: Cheating will result in disqualification.
Three Attempts: Interns have up to three chances to improve their performance, with certain penalties imposed for each attempt.
Equipment and task performance
Interns will need access to a laptop. If this is not available, tasks can be completed on a phone, although this can be challenging for coding tasks. Having the right equipment is essential for efficient task completion.
Progress tracking
WhatsApp Group Communication: Dedicated group to distribute training materials, assign tasks and facilitate communication.
Distribution of training materials: Daily sharing of documents, videos and resource links.
Task assignment and submission: Clear instructions and deadlines when submitting tasks via WhatsApp or online code editors.
Regular feedback: Constructive feedback from mentors to highlight strengths and areas for improvement.
Communication expectations
Professional behavior: timely responses, respectful interaction and adherence to group rules.
Hours for active communication: Set hours for communication to ensure a balanced work environment.
Response times: Within 48 hours.
Code of Conduct
Compliance with a professional code of conduct is expected, including respectful communication, teamwork, and alignment with company values.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Interns must comply with all intellectual property and confidentiality agreements and keep proprietary information strictly confidential.
Feedback and evaluation
You will receive regular feedback throughout the internship and a formal evaluation process at the end.
Considerations for remote work
Remote work policies include expectations regarding communication and maintaining productivity in a remote environment.
