The purpose of the Sprint Review is to review the outcome of the Sprint and determine future adjustments. It is a powerful Scrum event that can potentially make or break the Scrum implementation in your organization. However, it could also be one of the most misunderstood and poorly executed Scrum events.

Sometimes the Sprint Review ends up being an event where developers demonstrate tons of details that make no sense to stakeholders. Other times it can become an elaborate, choreographed promotional event to showcase the talent of the Scrum Team. In both cases, the response is usually disappointing and the Sprint Review results in a waste of valuable opportunities for valuable learning and course correction.

In this webinar moderated by Patricia Kong, professional Scrum trainers Ravi Verma, Tony Lee and Nagesh Sharma share some common real-world challenges their clients and students have faced during their Sprint Reviews and share ten adaptations that have helped them overcome these challenges.
