Some apps track you everywhere you go. David & David made a TikTok video about how to change this #iPhone privacy setting and TikTok removed it. Conspiracy? Judge for yourself.

All we did was show people how to stop apps – in this case TikTok – from tracking them across other apps and websites. This setting is so important to Facebook that they took out full-page ads in the New York Times, Washington Post, and other print newspapers just to stop Apple from implementing it. And if they're so mad about it, it must be good – for you!

This feature was introduced in iOS 14.5, so make sure your iPhone is up to date before you start. If not, you can update to the latest version of iOS by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

If after changing this setting you decide that you want to allow tracking by certain apps, you can change your mind at any time by going to #Settings #Privacy #Tracking.
